By accessing or using the Kitsuneix website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kitsuneix provides an AI-powered platform for creating, testing, and deploying intelligent agents. The Service includes various tools, resources, and functionalities to facilitate this process.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kitsuneix and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States, Europe, and foreign countries.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials ("Content") you allow Kitsuneix to host, publish, or display. By posting Content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Content in connection with providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To start or deploy agents that engage in malicious activity, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, or authorized data scraping.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kitsuneix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
